Jamie Kish, 24, had an outstanding, no bail warrant from Monmouth County

A Toms River woman is facing several drug charges after police responded to a report of a disturbance on John F. Kennedy Boulevard, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

When Patrolmen Christopher Shick and Taylor Butler answered the call at 1:58 p.m. on Dec. 12, they determined that Jamie Kish, 24, had an outstanding, no bail warrant from Monmouth County, the chief said.

They also discovered that Kish had concealed over 10 wax folds of suspect heroin and a hypodermic syringe. She was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, DiMichele said.
