Indictment Charges Brick Man Terrorized Manchester Woman

Grand juries hand up indictments

A Brick man is free on bail after being indicted on charges accusing him of terrorizing a Manchester woman.

Rahsean S. Daniels of Brick was indicted by an Ocean County grand jury last week on terroristic threat, aggravated assault and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose charges, all in the third degree.

Daniels was arrested April 8 in Manchester and accused of threatening to kill a woman with a serrated knife that police said he had in his possession.

He was held on $30,000 bail but posted April 21. He is forbidden contact with the Manchester woman as a condition of bail.

  • Frank T. Martinez of Whiting on burglary and criminal mischief charges.

Martinez is accused of breaking into a Raccoon Avenue home Feb. 13, and victimizing another Manchester victim the same day by causing more than $500 in damages.

He posted $5,000 bail Feb. 17.

  • Evens Lubin of Toms River on drug, false incrimination and hindering apprehension charges.

Lubin was arrested in Manchester Dec. 16 and accused of possessing alprazolam. Lubin then falsely implicated another person, police said.

Lubin was released on a summons.

  • Denise A. Good of Manchester on drug charges.

Good was arrested in Seaside Park Oct. 27 and accused of possessing cocaine and heroin. She was released on a summons.
