Brief: Bayville Woman Charged in Manchester Identity Theft
Bayville woman accused of stealing identity of Manchester resident; Manchester woman accused of having car stolen
A Bayville woman was indicted by the Ocean County grand jury for the identity theft of a Manchester resident last year.
Catherine Alvira, Dogwood Drive, Bayville, is charged with stealing the identity of Theresa Augustino on Oct. 24 in Manchester Township and giving false information to law enforcement officers.
Alvira is also charged with using Augustino’s identity to fill out a financial questionnaire issued by the Manchester Township Municipal Court on Nov. 17, and forging the victim’s name on a time order payment to the court.

Also indicted on a seperate matter was Martin D. Stygar, 42, of Beaver Avenue, Manchester, who is accused of having a car stolen from Margaret Wilson there Sept. 15.
