Financial donations are collected during ongoing fundraising events, such as the club's Tuesday bingo and pull tabs games. Bingo begins at 6 p.m., though residents are welcome to arrive at 4 p.m. when the kitchen opens.

A bingo bus is available to pick up and return residents who are uncomfortable driving at night, according to Carroll.

Food donations are accepted daily at Independence Hall, Carroll said, and go toward feeding local homeless.
