Drug Charges On Most Recent Manchester Police Blotter

The township's police blotter from May 2 to May 7

Three drug charges appeared on the Manchester Police Department's blotter last week, according to information released by Capt. Lisa Parker

On May 4, Justin Stanislawczyk, 21, of Manchester, was arrested and charged with drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia by Ptl. Peter Manco in the township's Pine Lake Park section. According to police, Stanislawczyk was released on a summons.

On May 5, Sean Raymond McKay, 22, of Eatontown, was arrested and charged with drug possession and loitering to obtain drugs on the 1000 block of Eleventh Avenue by Detective Richard Mazza. According to police, McKay was released on a summons.

As , on May 7 Robert Grimes, 50, of Basso Road in Jackson, was charged with possession of crack cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia by Ptl. Christian Nazario. He also received summonses for his car's lamp maintenance and possessing a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. According to police, Grimes was released pending a court date.

May 2

  • Michael Halligan, 45, of Toms River, was arrested on an outstanding warrant by Ptl. Brian Collins. According to police, Halligan was released after paying $200 bail.
  • Jacquelyn Stichl, 48, of Brick, was arrested on an outstanding warrant by Ptl. Vincent DeRome. According to police, Stichl was released after posting $120 bail.

May 3

  • Maria Brown, 36, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant by Ptl. Stephen Hankins. According to police, Brown was turned over to Toms River police with bail set at $500.
  • Ronald Tyrrell, 51, of Browns Mills, was arrested on an outstanding warrant by Ptl. Charles Brooks. According to police, Tyrrell was turned over to Burlington police with bail set at $2,287.
