8 Warrants Land Man On Megan's Law List In Jail
Samuel Milligan was arrested this week on various charges, including failing to register as a Megan's Law offender.
A 43-year-old man on the Megan's Law list was arrested this week on the strength eight different warrants from throughout the state—including one from Ocean County and another from Brick, police said.
One for Samuel Milligan of Berkeley was from Ocean County with a bail total of $1,500 for failure to register in accordance with the provisions of Megan’s Law, police said.
In addition, Milligan also had six other outstanding municipal warrants. These included two from Brick Township for $1,010 and $250, one from Beachwood for $814, and another from South Toms River for $274.
The other warrants were from Cranford for $250 and two from Mt. Holly for $1,000 and $500.
Milligan was taken to the Ocean County Jail in default of bail.
