Grand Jury: Whiting Woman Tampered with Records, Possessed Cocaine and Phony License
An Ocean County grand jury handed up the indictments, and others, last week
A Whiting woman is charged with tampering with public records, having cocaine and a phony driver’s license on Aug. 10 in Manchester Township according to an indictment handed up last week.
An Ocean County grand jury is charging Jill Fisher, 43, of Roosevelt City Road, with those offenses.
A co-defendant, Nahshon I. James, 31, of Teaneck, is also accused of records tampering and having a phony driver’s license.

Other indictments include:
Stephanie A. Roed, 26, of Quincy Road, Whiting, was charged with making a false 911 report on Nov. 16 in Manchester.

Arkadiusz Kania, 56, of Birmingham Avenue, Toms River, was charged with assaulting Natasha Brown with a car on Dec. 17 in Manchester.
