A man was indicted this past week for possibly trying to sell heroin in Manchester, according to Ocean County Prosecutor records.
Joseph Alex did knowingly possess the drug, and/or intended to distribute less than one half-ounce of it, according to the prosecutor.
Alex posted $15,000 bail with a 10 percent option on Oct. 3.
