Monmouth Beach man charged with resisting arrest Lakehurst police officers

A Monmouth Beach man was charged this past week with eluding Lakehurst police officers, according to court records.

An Ocean County grand jury handed up the indictment to John McFaddin, who was also charged with resisting arrest after threatening to "use physical force" against the officers, according to court records.

The 57-year-old was driving a 1998 Cadillac Seville on westbound Route 70, approaching Lakehurst, when he crashed his vehicle into the back of a Cedar Street home in January, according to  Chief Eric Higgins.
