After arriving at the residence, the victim was greeted by Anne L Donahue, who did not resemble the photos posted on the website. The victim then tried to leave but was forced by Anne L. Donahue and Philip J. Cottone, 40, to pay the agreed amount before being allowed to leave the residence.

During the investigation Manchester Township Police Detectives learned that approximately 600 vehicles had visited the Thornbury Lane residence during all hours of the day and night since Augus.

Thornbury Lane is located within the gated retirement community of Leisure Village.

While Det. Richard Jupinka was preparing a search warrant for the Thornbury Lane residence, Det. Christopher Hemhauser and Det. Danny Barker located a second victim reporting similar circumstances involving Donahue and Cottone.

This victim also visited the website, made phone contact with Donahue, and then drove to the Thornbury Lane residence with the intent of receiving sexual favors in exchange for money, police said.

This victim also tried to leave when photos on the website did not match Anne Donahue and was forced to pay the agreed amount by Donahue and Cottone before being allowed to leave the residence, police said.

While the investigation continued multiple vehicles were observed coming and going from the Thornbury Lane residence.

Members of the Manchester Township Police Patrol Bureau and Investigations Bureau then responded to the residence to protect and prevent any future robbery victims.

While at the residence Detectives executed a court authorized search warrant which resulted in evidence related to the charges, police said.

Detective Richard Jupinka charged Cottone and his girlfriend, Donahue, who were residing on Thornbury Lane in Leisure Village West with robbery, criminal restraint, theft, prostitution, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of hypodermic syringes, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

After being processed for their arrests, Cottone and Donahue were remanded to Ocean County Jail in default of $150,000.00 dollars bail with 10 percent option.

Also assisting with the investigation were Detectives Jim Hill and Dan Roske of the Ocean County Prosecutors Office High Tech Crimes Unit.
