The Manchester Police Department's blotter from April 17 to April 22
Manchester Chief of Police Brian Klimakowski reported the following arrests and charges from April 17 through April 22:
April 17
- Matthew M. Rosati, 22, of Trumbull, Conn., was arrested and charged with drug possession on Route 70 and Buckingham Drive by Ptl. Bryan Vidovich. According to police, Rosati was released pending a municipal court date.
April 18

- Kyle Applegate, 18, of Manchester, was arrested and charged with possession of alcohol while underage near Route 70 and and Route 571 by Ptl. Peter Manco. According to police, Applegate was released pending a municipal court date.
April 19
- Daniel Gileta Jr., 27, of Toms River, was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property in Summit Park by Ptl. Craig Beaulieu. According to police, he was released pending a municipal court date.
April 22

- Aaron E. Deluca, 32, of Manchester, was arrested and charged with drug possession on Frances Court by Detective Albert Vega. According to police, Deluca was taken to the Ocean County Jail.
