Manchester Police Capt. Lisa Parker reported the following arrests and charges from March 28 through April 3:
March 28
Adam W. Degraw, 25, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Torino Road by Ptl. George Smith. According to police, Degraw was taken to the Ocean County Jail.

Randolph Barrett, 39, of Stafford, was arrested and charged with DWI and resisting arrest on Main Street by Ptl. John Decker. According to police, Barrett was taken to Ocean County Jail.
