Manchester Police Blotter: Stolen Vehicle, Property and Drug Possession

The township's police blotter from April 11 to April 16

Manchester Police Chief Brian Klimakowski reported the following arrests and charges in the township from April 11 through April 16:

April 11

  • Jeremy M. Baltimore, 20, of Toms River, was arrested on an outstanding warrant by Ptl. Brian Collins on Route 37. According to police, Baltimore was released on bail. 

April 12

  • Alan A. Bienkowski, 52, of Manchester, was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property at the police department headquarters on Colonial Drive by Detective Chris Hemhauser. According to police, Bienkowski was taken to the Ocean County Jail.

April 13

  • Christina N. Moses, 33, of Lindenwold, was arrested at the Colby Commons plaza and charged with forgery by Ptl. Charles Gatnarek. According to police, Moses was taken to the Ocean County Jail.

April 15

  • Robert S. Purgavie, 31, of Bayville, was arrested and charged at the police department headquarters on Colonial Drive with stealing a motor vehicle by Ptl. Christian Nazario. According to police, Purgavie was taken to the Ocean County Jail.
  • Sandra R. Johnson, 30, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant near Holly Oaks by Ptl. Brian Volk. According to police, she was transferred to the Jackson Police Department.
  • Salvatore R. Barnetti, 41, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the township's Pine Lake Park section by Ptl. Gatnarek. According to police, Barnetti was taken to the Ocean County Jail.

April 16

  • Kathleen Herald, 41, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in Crestwood Village by Ptl. Daniel Barker. According to police, Herald was released on bail.
  • David S. Beaton V, 23, of Manchester, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance in the township's Pine Lake Park section by Ptl. Adam Guker. According to police, Beaton was released pending a court date.
