Manchester Police investigated an overturned vehicle on Route 539 just south of Horicon Ave on Sunday.
Police are investigating an overturned MVA that split a utility pole in half. The vehicle was removed, but JCP&L was to be on site replacing the pole. The vehicle was removed.
