Police Blotter: 8 Arrested on Outstanding Warrants

Manchester police reported that eight locals were arrested on warrants last week

Manchester's police department reported that eight individuals were arrested in the township on outstanding warrants last week.

  • Rocquel Barretto, 23, of Manchester was arrested on County Route 571 near Leawood Avenue by Ptl. Peter Manco. According to police, she was transferred to the Toms River Police Department.
  • Michael Carretero, 26, of Manchester, was arrested at the Manchester Police Department headquarters on Colonial Drive by Detective Richard Mazza. Police said Carretero was taken to Ocean County Jail. 

June 28

  • Michael S. Schoeneweis, 47, of Toms River was arrested on multiple warrants at the Manchester Shopping Center on Route 70 by Ptl. Ian Bole. According to police, Schoeneweis was transferred to the Beachwood Police Department.

  • Raymond Becker, 34, of Manchester was arrested by Ptl. Salvatore Ventre and transferred to the Toms River Police Department, where he was released.

June 30

  • Daniel Lauria, 24, of Manchester was arrested near Second and Gladstone Avenues by Ptl. Peter Manco. Police said Lauria was taken to Ocean County Jail.
  • Devon Harris, 20, of Sicklerville was arrested on County Route 571 near Quarry Road by Ptl. Ian Bole. According to police, Harris was released.

July 2

  • Kenneth Dibenedetto, 40, of Manchester was arrested on Rhode Island Drive by Ptl. Christopher Cerullo. According to police, he was taken to the Ocean County Jail.
  • Jose Amaro, 46, of Manchester was arrested at the Manchester Police Department headquarters on Colonial Drive by Ptl. Patrick Cervenak. Police said Amaro was released after posting bail.
