Police Blotter: Assault, Obstruction and Burglary Charges Issued

Charges issued by local police between April 16 and April 20

Officers from the  issued assault, obstruction of justice, burglary and child endangerment charges last week, according to information released by Capt. Lisa Parker.

Monday, April 16

Michael T. Hudson, a 25-year-old Lakewood resident, was charged with obstruction of justice and hindering at a Burnside Avenue home by Patrolman Brian Collins. Hudson was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, Parker said.

Tuesday, April 17

Christopher W. Schell, 28, of Whiting, was charged with on South Chestnut Avenue by Patrolman Anthony Iliadis. Schell was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, according to Parker.

Bayville resident Lisa M. Clayton, 25, was charged with after Manchester police Patrolman Jason Wiener arrested her in Barnegat. Police took Clayton to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, Parker said.

Friday, April 29

Geoarge L. Swain, a 38-year-old from Manchester was charged with assault at a Richmond Avenue address by Patrolman Patrick Cervenak. Swain was released on a summons, according to Parker.
