Police Blotter: Drug, DWI and False Info Charges Issued

Arrests and charges were issued between Dec. 6 and Dec. 8

The following arrests and charges were issued by last week, according to information released by Capt. Lisa Parker.

Tuesday, Dec. 6

Devinn K. Davis, a 32-year-old from Neptune was charged with providing false information to police near the intersection of Routes 547 and 571 by Ptl. Brian Volk. Parker said that Davis was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River.

Thursday, Dec. 7

Anastacio Perez, 27, of Seaside Heights, was charged with driving while intoxicated while traveling along Route 571 by Ptl. Joseph Fastige. Perez was released on a summons, Parker said.

Friday, Dec. 8

Manchester resident Andrea Penna, 18, was charged with drug possession at Harry Wright Lake by Ptl. Joseph Fastige. Penna was issued a summons, according to Parker.
