Police Blotter: Drug Possession and DWI Charges
Manchester's police department reported the charges from last week
Manchester police last week issued drug possession and DWI charges, the latter of which came on Independence Day, according to information released by Capt. Lisa Parker.
Khoa Nguyen, 36, of Manchester, was arrested and charged on June 30 on Hillside Drive by Ptl. Michael Terranova. Nguyen was released pending a court date, according to police.
On July 4, 21-year-old Adam Metz of Jackson was stopped along County Route 571 near Beech Street by Ptl. Peter Manco and charged with DWI. According to police, Metz was released with a summons for court.

Parker also released information about an alleged plan by three township residents to on Station Road in Whiting on June 30.
