Police Blotter: Drug Possession, DWI Charges Issued

Manchester police issued the charges between Jan. 9 and Jan. 11

The following charges were issued by officers during the second week of January, according to information released by Capt. Lisa Parker. 

Monday, Jan. 9

Dennis A. Rubino, a 38-year-old township resident, was was charged with drug possession along Route 571 by Sgt. Bryan Vidovich. Parker said that Rubino was released pending a court date.

Tuesday, Jan. 10

Michael J. Dull, 31, of Manchester was charged with shoplifting on Arcadia Drive by Patrolmen Shawn Cavalcante and Jesse Hoydis. Dull was released pending court, Parker said.

Lori L. Burns, a 55-year-old from Whiting, was charged with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop along Route 530 by Ptl. Brian Collins. Burns was released pending a court appearance.

Wednesday, Jan. 11

Seaside Heights resident Cynthia A. Martin, 33, and Brandon P. Myles, 24, of Jackson, were both charged with hindering apprehension along Route 571 by Ptl. Peter Manco. Martin was released pending a court date and Myles was transported to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River.
