Police Blotter: Early October Warrant Arrests

Warrant arrests made by Manchester police between Oct. 3 and Oct. 6

Officers from the made the following warrant arrests between Oct. 3 and Oct. 6, according to information released by Capt. Lisa Parker. 

  • On Oct. 3, David Liguori, 30, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at police department headquarters on Colonial Drive by Ptl. Brian Collins. Police said Liguori was released after posting bail. 
  • William Wien, a 27-year-old from Howell was arrested on an outstanding warrant at the police department headquarters by Ptl. Brian Collins on Oct. 3. Wien was released after posting bail, police said. 
  • Tyshawn Pitts, 26, of Manchester, was arrested in Lakewood for an outstanding warrant by Ptl. Robert Sharry. Police said Pitts was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River. 
  • On Oct. 4, 38-year-old Ramon Lopez of Bronx, NY, was arrested on an outstanding warrant in Wall by Ptl. Matt Juralewicz. Lopez was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, police said. 
  • Christopher Carrigan, 47, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at police headquarters by Ptl. Arthur Cronk on Oct. 5. Carrigan was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, police said.
  • Christy Jasin, a 27-year-old from Toms River, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at Manchester Plaza by Ptl. Antonio Ellis. Police said Jasin was released after posting bail.
