Police Blotter: Forked River Residents Charged With Drug Possession

Recent charges issued by Manchester police officers

Two Forked River residents were arrested and charged with drug possession in last week, according to information released by police Capt. Lisa Parker. 

Kristie Murray, 41, was charged with the offense at Manchester Police Department headquarters on Tuesday, June 5, by Patrolman Peter Manco. Murray was released with a court summons, Parker said. 

That same day, 35-year-old Brian W. Dulany, was charged with the same offense on 8th Avenue in the township's Pine Lake Park section by Sgt. James Komsa. Dulany was released after posting bail, according to Parker.

Manchester resident Vanessa Stewart, 42, was charged with disorderly conduct on Lawrence Avenue in Pine Lake Park by Patrolman Brian Collins. Police released Stewart with a court summons, according to Parker. 

Monday, June 11

Patrolman Paul Bachovchin was working on Potomac Drive when he noticed the "multiple" marijuana plants in a planter outside of the home of 53-year-old Kevin K. Sangermano, said Lt. Vincent Manco in a statement. with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession. He was released with a summons pending a court date, Manco said.
