Police Blotter: Officers Issue 4 Recent DWI Charges

Manchester officers issued the charges between May 20 and May 27

police officers charged four with driving while intoxicated as they travelled within the township last week, according to information released by Capt. Lisa Parker. 

On Sunday, May 20, Officer Richard Mazza charged 41-year-old Manchester resident Jeffrey S. Merinsky with DWI after stopping him along Commonwealth Boulevard in the township's Pine Lake Park section. Police released Merinsky with a summons, Parker said.

That same day, 18-year-old Shayleen D. Reynolds of Brielle was charged with DWI on Route 70 near mile marker 42.5 by Patrolman Brian Collins. Reynolds was released by police on a summons, according to Parker.

On Saturday, May 26, 19-year-old Freehold resident Danielle A. Rodriguez was stopped on Route 70 near Washington Avenue by Collins and charged with DWI. Police issued Rodriguez a summons, Parker said. 

Newark resident Juan A. Toledoquispe, 23, was charged with DWI after a stop along Route 37 near Alexander Avenue by Patrolman Steven Wendruff on Sunday, May 27. Parker said that Toledoquispe was issued a summons.
