Police Blotter: Trespassing and DWI Charges Issued

Manchester police issued the charges between July 25 and July 30

Manchester police issued the following charges last week, according to information released by Capt. Lisa Parker.

  • On July 25, 20-year-old Kevin Rembach Jr. of Manchester was charged with trespassing on Delaware Avenue by Ptl. Robert Sharry. According to police, Rembach received a complaint summons.
  • That same day, John Polanis, 21, of Manchester also was charged with trespassing on Delaware Avenue by Sharry. Polanis also was issued a complaint summons, police said. 
  • On July 26, Laura Wilvsz, a 48-year-old Westfield resident, was charged with trespassing on Brockton Court by Ptl. Ian Bole. A complaint summons was given to Wilvsz, police said.
  • On July 30, Alicia Braghelli, 23, of Hamilton was charged with DWI after being stopped by Sgt. James Komsa along Route 571 near the Little League field. According to police, Braghelli was released with summonses.
