Police: Township Man Charged After Narcotics Investigation
Police executed search warrant at man's Whitney Estates home
A township man faces multiple drug charges after Manchester police, joined by Ocean County agencies, allegedly found him in possession of marijuana.
police officers, along with Ocean County Sheriff's Department K-9 units and the Ocean County Regional SWAT, executed a search warrant at a Kent Road in the township's Whitney Estates section early Thursday morning, said Capt. Lisa Parker.
There, the officers arrested and charged Shawn T. Johnson, 29, with possession of marijuana in a quantity of less than 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia, Parker said.

The Manchester Police Department Detective Bureau acted on a completed narcotics investigation that led to a court-authorized search warrant, Parker said.
Johnson was processed by police and released with a summons, according to Parker.
