The Ocean County Special Operations Group is raiding a doctor's office for selling illegal prescription pills, according to Prosecutor Joseph Coronato.
Coronator said pills are "the precursor to the heroin problem. It all starts with pills and we are going there."
"Our strategy of holding street drug dealers accountable includes health care professionals – doctors, pharmacists and others who look to profit from selling powerful illegal prescription pills in our county," he said. "If we're going to stop the deaths in Ocean County I must attack the problem on all fronts."
