During the investigation, surrounding law enforcement agencies were notified that Frizino was a "person of interest" in the burglaries and were asked to assist in locating him.

On Sunday, Toms River Police Officer Jennifer Jukas located Frizino in the Toms River area.

A subsequent investigation by Detective Adam Emmons and Detective Albert Vega, of the Manchester Township Police Division, led to the arrest of the 26-year-old.

Manchester Police Detectives had been working with surrounding jurisdictions to recover the stolen merchandise from pawn shops so it can be returned to its rightful owners.

After being processed for his arrest, Frizino was transported to Ocean County Jail in default of $90,000.00 bail with no 10 percent option.
