Toms River Man Indicted on Shoplifting Charges at Manchester ShopRite

Grand juries hand up indictments

A Toms River man was indicted Wednesday after being arrested on shoplifting charges in Manchester.

Richard B. McChrystal was arrested Jan. 9 and Jan. 11 at the Manchester ShopRite and accused of stealing at least $200 worth of food on each occasion, the indictment states.

He was released on a summons.

A grand jury also indicted Lorenzo Rosado III of Jackson on a terroristic threat charge after police said he told a Manchester woman on April 20 that he'd "blow up her house and take her kids."

Rosado was initially held on $20,000 bail but posted April 22.
