Toms River Men Indicted In Manchester Gun Incident

The Ocean County grand jury handed down gun charges

The Ocean County grand jury on April 29 handed down gun charges to two Toms River men for a June event in which they allegedly threatened to kill two Manchester men with an illegally-held weapon.

Frank E. Grecco, 19, of River Drive, Toms River, was charged with having a pistol without a permit to carry it in Manchester Township on June 6.

Codefendant Michael A. Bowden, 18, of Gilford Avenue, Toms River, was charged with pointing the gun at Anthony and Jill Conroy and threatening to kill them as he hung out of a car window on June 6 in Manchester.
