Whiting Man Charged With Drunk Driving In Forked River After Accident
Manchester man's car impounded, Lacey police chief says
Police have charged a Manchester Township man with drunk driving and and a number of other violations after he left the scene of a recent accident in Forked River.
Donato Butindaro, 49, was arrested shortly after the accident, which occurred at 11:57 p.m. on July 23, Police Chief David A. Paprota said.

The damage to Butindaro's car was consistent with the damage to the vehicle struck on Windsor Avenue, Paprota said.
Butindaro was charged with DUI, refusal to submit to breath samples, reckless driving, and failure to maintain lane. His car was impounded pursuant to John's Law and for further investigation, the chief said.
