Woman Charged With Forgery In Manchester

Carrie Bogurski tried to use a prescription at CVS that was allegedly approved by Steven P. Ingato, a doctor

A woman was indicted this past week for trying pass a phony prescription, according to Ocean County Prosecutor records.

On Nov. 2, 2011, Carrie Bogurski tried to use a prescription at CVS that was allegedly approved by Steven P. Ingato, a doctor.

Bogurski was issued a summons pending a possible court appearance, according to the prosecutor.
