Tent City in Lakewood was an area where once over 100 homeless people lived out in the woods, but now after a government-mandated closure, little of the encampment remains, My9 reported.

Joe, a veteran and Tent City former resident is one of the people who will be moving into an appointed apartment and has a job waiting for him with his brother’s cabinet company. The television station caught up with him as he was moving out.

They gave a tent city man an appointed appointment and a job that waits for him. How many millions of unemployed are there who have been looking for work for years? Why didn't the homeless man get off his duff and do the same? Why is it GIVEN TO HIM?

absolutely!!! While I have met some very nice MIB's, generally they are blind to the world beyond their religion and care nothing about anything except their religion, yet they enjoy welfare that the rest of us must pay for to subsidize their numerous kids . I'm sorry I'm just sick of the illegal immigrants and certain religions taking advantage of what once was a good program to give temporary help to needy AMERICANS and neither of those groups wants to be an AMERICAN they want their original nationality and not ours. Few if any celebrate our country's founding on the 4th or even know anything about our diverse history, so I see no need or duty to help subsidize their lives
