Manchester Township Council to Reorganize Friday

Manchester's will hold its yearly reorganization meeting on Friday.

The 9 a.m. special meeting will take place in the court room of the municipal complex on Colonial Drive, according to clerk Sabina Skibo.

Along with the appointment of a council president and vice president, the body will establish its fiscal year meeting schedule for 2011-12, appoint members to boards and approve other officials.

While many municipalities operate on a January-through-December calendar schedule, Manchester uses a state fiscal year plan, meaning that its year runs from July through June.
