Monday Planning Board Meeting Cancelled

A new date will be determined

The Manchester Planning Board meeting originally scheduled for Monday has been canceled.

A new date for the meeting is still to be determined, according to board coordinator Marianne Borthwick.

The board was expected to continue hearing an application to turn a portion of the former Nicol Asphault Company site on Route 37 into a contractor storage facility. The applicant was asked last month to present more details regarding the types of materials that can be stored at the site and a summary of the remediation progress.

"We need to know more about what's going on," board attorney Edward Liston said at the time.

The planning board schedules its regular meetings for the first Monday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Municipal Complex courtroom.
