Monday, March 26

  • Manchester's Township Council will meet for its second regular meeting in March at 6 p.m. in the municipal complex courtroom. The agenda is available online

  • Meet Patch local editors Greg Kyriakakis of Manchester and Elaine Piniat of Lacey at , 44 Manchester Ave., Lacey, for our Patch Open House. We'll be there from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • The Manchester Township Municipal Alliance will meet in the municipal complex civic center at 7 p.m.

Wednesday, March 28

  • Manchester's Board of Education will hold a special meeting to present its 2012-13 budget, 7 p.m. in the media center of Ridgeway Elementary School.

  • Take "A Trip Down Memory Lane" during the Manchester Township PTA's 17th annual Spring Gift Auction at the Woodlake Country Club, 25 New Hampshire Ave., Lakewood. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Check out the flyer for more information. 

Friday, March 30

  • A faculty versus students basketball fundraiser will be held for Manchester Township High School student Trevor Martin, who is battling leukemia. The game tips off at 6 p.m. in the high school gym. Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for students. 

Saturday, March 31

  • Lakehurst will hold its Easter egg hunt at Lake Horicon Park beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday. More information is available by calling borough hall at 732-657-4141. 
  • The Music with Friends: Musical Fun for Kids with Autism program will begin at 1 p.m. Saturday at  of the Ocean County Library. Children ages 6 through 9 and their parents are welcome. More information is available by calling 732-657-7600.

Sunday, April 1

  • Manchester's 14th Annual Easter Egg Hunt at Pine Lake begins at 10 a.m. Registration must be completed by Monday, March 26. Space is limited to 250 children, make sure to call the  Department of Recreation at 732-657-8121, ext. 5102 or 5101 to save a spot.
