Regional Day School is offering a free workshop entitled “Least Restrictive Environment/Inclusion” on April 3, 2012 at 6:30 pm at the Regional Day School, 890 Toms River Rd. (Rt. 571), Jackson. Presenter Michele Tyler of the Statewide Parent Advocacy Network (SPAN) will provide parents/caregivers and community members with an overview of the IEP process, describe the legal requirements for Least Restrictive Environment and stress the value of inclusion of children with disabilities for all children and their families.
