Rotary Club Presents Grads with Scholarships

$1,000 scholarships given to three Manchester high school seniors

The Lakehurst/Manchester Rotary Club recently presented three high school graduates with scholarship checks for $1,000 each.Β 

Seniors Emily Claus, Jade Orth and Matt Brown were given the awards "based on service to the community and academic achievement," according to club member Brendan Weiner.

According to the Rotary, Claus will major in architecture at Pratt Institute, Orth will study wildlife conservation at Delaware Valley College and Brown will work toward a mechanical engineering degree at NJIT.

"The Rotary ClubΒ wishes the recipients and all Manchester High School graduates the best of luck in all the future endeavors," Weiner said in an email.
