More than 25 agencies and organizations will be represented, covering everything from issues of guardianship to financial planning to employment and recreation activities, said Lisa Michallis, learning consultant for the Regional Day School.

“We start talking about it when the students are 14,” Michallis said, so that by the time they are 21 and graduate, there is a plan in place. “As they get closer to graduation, the support and the resources become much more important.”
