The Manchester Township High School Lady Hawks bowling team finished their Shore Conference B-South season without losing a match.
Coach Mike McCrae said that his 15-0 team finished their season in "a grand fashion."
"The girls are delighted over their undefeated Shore Conference season, and although we've fought through some illnesses the past few weeks, as have many teams, the girls are really looking forward to the excitement and challenge that the state level competitions bring," McCrae said.
High averages this year are: Julia Ott (199), Kelsey Krumeich (189), Nicole Hodges (186), Jessica Picard (184), Tina Shahinian (190), and Kaitlyn Kettmann (184). Senior Da'Nei Moore registered the high game for the team this season, with a 299 game on Jan. 24, according to McCrae.
The Lady Hawks will head to the South Jersey State Sectional Tournament on Saturday, and to the Ocean County and Shore Conference Tournaments next week, McCrae said.
