Weekend Planner: Benefit Car Wash, Outdoor Theater Show, County Fair's Final Days

1. A benefit car wash for an Ocean County teen, Travis Lelievre, who was injured in a car crash in Brielle in June, will be held at the Whiting firehouse, 120 Lacey Rd., from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. Washes are $5 per car or $7 per truck and donations are also accepted. 

2. theater compant will hold an outdoor review featuring selections from its upcoming performance of "Fiddler on the Roof" beginning at 6 p.m. at the Whiting Town Center, 108 Lacey Rd. 

3. The  continues each Sunday this summer. Stop by  between 8 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. to pick up some fresh fruits, vegetables and more.

4. Baseball fans, head to Lakewood to check out the BlueClaws as they face the Savannah Sand Gnats Saturday at 7:05 p.m. and Sunday at 5:05 p.m. Call 732-901-7000 for ticket information. 

5. The Ocean County Fair at the Robert J. Miller Air Park on Route 530 in Berkeley will be held from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Don't miss the fair's last day this year.
