• Manchester's Township Council will meet for its first of two regular July meetings at 6 p.m. in the courtroom of the on Colonial Drive. The agenda is available online.

• Three Manchester police officers will graduate from the Ocean County Police Academy during a 10 a.m. ceremony at the Fine Arts building at Ocean County College.
