Joey's place food is not the best in town. You can find way better italian food in whiting and manchester. Don't be fooled by the attempts to call this fine dining. The owner is not worried about the quality of his food.
Food is always fresh and delicious. Excellent quality, friendly atmosphere and staff. Prices are very reasonable, specials every day. Try the Lemongello dessert! Tilapia Trio special dinner excellent. Service is top notch. Highly recommended.

Joey's food is all home style Italian cooking of excellent quality. Selections are generous and delicious. They use only the best fresh ingredients and daily specials are creative and well prepared. Service is efficient and cheerful. A family run business with the best Italian food in the area. Try their Flounder Francaise, Chicken Piccata, or Seafood Salad. And their pizza is also excellent. The dining room is tastefully decorated with original artwork on the walls. You won't regret visiting this gem in Whiting.

I ordered food for delivery on the average of twice a month. So, once when they shorted me on the food, I called back to report that I paid for a whole hoggie and only got half. I called 3 times and finally was treated like a criminal by the owner of trying to get something for nothing. I will NEVER order from them ever again and I will NOT recommend them! Being Italian myself, I have to say that their food is not that great and is only okay if one doesn't feel like cooking, but before the delivery guy leaves, check your order...I didn't and trusted them and was treated in a nasty way! There are other Pizza places in Ocean County.
