Rescued from the previous business holders, a mission of improvement in a friendly manor with a variety of fresh plants and flowers, an excellent deli with very friendly clerks who work diligently at what they do. Ken Monroe is the manager, a fwd, marine-type business guy. Lots of baked goods, plenty of veggie displays at reasonable prices, and gallon milks for less than most other places in Whiting. Special$ on sliced meats pop up from time to time. Good potato salad, cole slaw and happiness in being there is worth a try folks.
