I recently had water damage in my basement. Servpro of Lacey/Jackson came to help remove the water and dry things out. Robert Pullham/owner and his staff made my life so manageable and eased the stress. He was polite, organized, and his staff was caring. They worked quickly and made no mess. Servpro of Lacey/Jackson had everything under control immediately. They did a great job, were fast and very clean. In the end they did what they said they were going to do…make my basement like it never happened. I would use their services again. I highly recommend them and am extremely pleased with their professionalism and their customer oriented service.
