When it comes to New Jersey surfing, it's Sam Hammer's world. Everyone else is just living in it. At 31, Hammer solidified his reputation as New Jersey's preeminent surfer winning his fourth championship belt at the Smith Optics Garden State Grudge Match. "We were making a joke on the beach.
