Manchester's Planning Board will hear application at 7 p.m. in Municipal Complex courtroom
A special meeting of Manchester's Planning Board will be held Monday night as members begin to hear testimony for a proposed multifamily apartment complex in the town center zone. Board members and Harvey York, attorney for applicant Presidential Gardens LLC/Kenneth Pizzo Jr., agreed at a regular meeting earlier this month to hold a special meeting on Aug. 20 at 7 p.m. in the Municipal Complex courtroom to expedite the hearing process. Application deemed complete, special meeting set for later in August
The application for a multifamily apartment complex proposed for Route 37 will come under scrutiny from Manchester Planning Board members later in August. Planning Board scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. in Municipal Complex courtroom
Manchester's Planning Board members are expected to review the preliminary and final site plan of a proposed multifamily apartment complex on Route 37 and Alexander Avenue, according to the Aug. 6 meeting agenda. The applicant, Presidential Gardens LLC, represented by Kenneth Pizzo Jr., has submitted the plan to the board for review and declaration from members that it is complete, states the agenda for the 7 p.m. meeting in the Municipal Complex courtroom. In May, the Township Council approved changing Chapter 245 of township code to allow for the zoning of multifamily residences in the town center zone after they said that the area was not attractive to business.
